Message rwhp. Do you want to track, dyno, or daily the car? Do you want to achieve this number on pump or race gas?
There's quite a few ways to achieve that HP with the biggest being to buy turbo's in the Garrett 3071/3076 family or equivalent GTX models.
As for supporting mods, is the engine a stock bottom end build or built longblock?

It's much easier if you let US know of what you are thinking and let us fill the gaps from there. Generally speaking, here's the list to start you off.
Ash 2.5 (or 3" if available) Intake pipes
Selin dual intake
Ash 2.5" intercooler piping w/ Ash Massive intercoolers.
as previously mentioned... 3076 turbos or equivalent.
MSP manifolds
3" Down pipes > 3" Test Pipes > 3" exhaust.
